ACTAS L360 – High-Precision Switchgear Testing System

The ACTAS L360 is a high-precision testing system designed for functional testing of a wide range of switchgear equipment, including circuit breakers, disconnectors, and earthing switches. It can be used with different types of drive mechanisms, making it suitable for development laboratories, testing facilities, and production environments.

The system provides flexible input and output connections through a terminal strip. Its 19-inch housing allows the ACTAS L360 to be used as a standalone unit or installed conveniently in a system cabinet.

Electrical and mechanical parameters required for evaluating switching performance can be measured in real time without opening the main contact chamber or drive mechanism. The system supports analog, incremental, and binary signal measurements. With 28 measurement channels on the main and auxiliary contact cards, it can simultaneously measure up to 16 auxiliary contacts, 12 resistive contacts, and 12 main contacts.

The ACTAS L360 provides three-phase control of operating coils, with three outputs for closing coils and six outputs for opening coils. This makes it suitable for testing a wide range of medium- and high-voltage circuit breakers.

When used together with PROMET, the system can perform three-pole dynamic resistance measurements on up to four interrupter units per pole. Its digital and analog control outputs can automatically operate voltage and current sources, enabling efficient and fully automated testing procedures.

The ACTAS L360 is operated through the ACTAS V2.60 testing software, which provides comprehensive functions for testing, measurement, analysis, automation, and data management.
