High-Precision Switchgear Testing System

ACTAS L260 is a high-precision test system designed for functional testing of various types of switchgear devices, including circuit breakers, disconnectors, and earthing switches, regardless of the type of drive mechanism used.

The system features flexible input and output connections through a terminal strip, making it well suited for development and laboratory applications as well as production environments. Its 19-inch housing allows the unit to be operated as a standalone system or integrated into a system cabinet.

All electrical and mechanical parameters required to evaluate switching performance can be measured in real time without opening the main contact chamber or drive mechanism. The system supports the measurement of analog, incremental, and binary signals. Its main and auxiliary contact cards provide 14 measurement channels, enabling simultaneous monitoring of up to 8 auxiliary contacts, 6 resistive contacts, and 6 main contacts.

With single-phase control of the operating coils, including one control output for closing coils and two outputs for opening coils, the ACTAS L260 is suitable for testing medium- and high-voltage circuit breakers.

When combined with PROMET, the system can perform three-pole dynamic resistance measurements on up to four interrupter units per pole. Digital and analog control outputs also allow voltage and current sources to be controlled automatically, supporting fully automated testing procedures.

The test system is controlled using the ACTAS 2.60 testing software.
