No Return & No Refund Policy

At Shiv Shakti Infosys, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
