ACTAS CF80 – Stationary Drive Test System

Stationary Switchgear Test Systems ll ACTAS CF80 is a stationary testing system designed for sequential final factory and functional testing of up to eight drive units. The system is operated and controlled using ACTAS testing software, while the required test position is selected through a multiplexing system.

A built-in logic module allows the ACTAS CF80 to simulate and reproduce drive control functions. This makes it possible to test a wide range of drive units, including those that do not have their own dedicated control unit.

Cabinet Design

Stationary Switchgear Test Systems ll ACTAS CF80 is housed in a robust 38 U standard cabinet. All interfaces required for connecting the drive units under test are arranged on standard connection panels and equipped with multi-contact connectors.

The drives can be switched on and off manually using a remote control. LED indicator panels on the front of the cabinet provide a clear overview of the operating status of all connected drive units.

For enhanced operational safety, an EMERGENCY STOP button allows all external voltages to be disconnected. An integrated safety switching device provides interruption of the safety circuit. The system meets international requirements with certifications including BG, UL, cUL, CCC, and GOST.

An additional safety binary input is available on the connection panel and can be used to monitor external safety devices, such as an access-door contact.

The cabinet is supplied through a dedicated mains connection panel and multi-pole industrial connectors with a maximum load of 32 A. An additional fused 25 A output is integrated into the emergency-stop circuit for supplying external sources.
